Winter has been around for some time now. Time to try an icy cold whisky. The Dalwhinnie Winter's Gold is a whisky that is distilled during the cold Scottish winters. And it should be placed in the freezer before drinking to allow the flavours to come into their own. The bottle is simple but elegant with beautiful gold details and a real winter look. Dalwhinnie Winter's Gold lets the cold shivers run down your spine as soon as you have the bottle in your hands. This whisky is very accessible and is also a nice addition if you want to try an ice-cold whisky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      DISTILLERY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The distillery which today is called Dahlwinnie actually started under the name Strathspey. The name Dahlwinnie in ancient Gaelic means \"Plain of Meetings\". Today Dahlwinnie is the coldest distillery in the Highland and draws its water from a Loch 600m above sea level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
